More from Blueridge, who lives in WV: I have been watching Roanoke local TV with excellent coverage. Brian Williams of NBC interviewed two students, one who was shot. The following facts about the shooter emerged as they met face to face:1. did not recognize from campus2. reloaded clips (semi auto pistol(s)) very fast3. "looked trained" in use of weapons, pro4. wearing red cap, vest (impression of trained "beret")5. authorities said he had "no ID" on him6. gunman wearing all black (pro wear) 7. camera phone recorded "blast" after fired shots.

The school police stood down for two hours, without notifying students or faculty. During the press conference, they said they often run "drills." School president and campus police chief were absolutely emotionless during both conferences, very matter of fact. Police not providing ID, not providing weapon details... Why?

AFT source tells NBC News that the gunman was not a Virginia Tech student, but someone who had access to the dorm.

VA Tech wasn't locked down for two hours, after the first shooting was reported at 7:15 AM. The shooter apparently made it over to the *other side of campus* and *carried out more shootings,* unmolested, two hours later!

Greetings from the Coalition:

Earlier this week (week of March 19, 2007) I, LB Bork, sent out an e-communication in regard to what I believe to other people in “The Movement” are doing that is in the realm of being in disservice. The response on this action by me has been mixed. Although most people appreciate what had been directed at Larry Becraft, the mention of others is what has people a bit irritated with me. Larry actually wrote me with a final word on what he has a strong dislike for: Patriot Profiteers. I must say that I have the exact same sentiments. In expanse of this unity, I have also been accused of being an attorney. I am not an “attorney at law”. I am a jurist (or lawyer). Having said that, I believe Mr. Becraft is honest in what he does; however he is stuck in the “14th Amendment Box.” In most respects I have more respect for Larry Becraft then some of the “personalities” who are encompassed in this e letter.

In regard to this matter, I will try to explain why I had mentioned “others” out there: I have been studying law for about fourteen years. I had a mentor by the name of Karl Granse. This man gave me a good foundation of which to base my studies on. Aside this factor, Karl had several excellent law groups established around the Union of which I had studied with. We studied law and did our own research. Marc Stevens (Adventures in Legal Land) was also part of the law group. We assisted people with problems, mostly tax issues. Other issues addressed were “Right to Travel”. The law is our remedy. The true enemy we face distorts this with disinformation and other methods of mind control.

The law groups that Karl had established fell apart after the Oklahoma City Bombing. This event was no doubt an action to cause a reaction. The reaction of the action was to destroy the momentum that was forming in regard to the “Truth Movement”. Since then there have been many fractured groups that have formed; many expressing this and that about remedies, most of what I understand and know to be worthless.

Before the law group in mention met its final demise, on one occasion while working with an attorney, I had the opportunity to attend a meeting with Jeff Dickstein, who occasionally collaborates on tax cases with Larry Becraft. Something Mr. Dickstein said gave me very deep insight into the situation we Americans face. Basically, a federal judge assigned to a case Mr. Dickstein was working on took Mr. Dickstein into his chambers for a meeting. The judge said that all Mr. Dickstein’s legal positions and arguments—constitutional and otherwise—were correct. The truth, however, was that it was a political matter and the judge could not take such arguments under advisement.

This is the point in my studies where I knew that everything that anyone was doing in regard to a “constitutional” legal remedy under the current system was fruitless. Simply put, the problems that people are faced with are political, not legal.

I went into seclusion for three years to study the problem. The final outcome was People’s Awareness Coalition (PAC) and the book entitled The Red Amendment. If you have noted, PAC is centered on Constitutional Education and Political Awareness. Most people fail to understand that the 14th Amendment installed a new political system. The Red Amendment goes over these issues in detail and provides the information for the remedy.

The fundamental principle of my work is: The best Defense is a good Offense. This takes me to the point of why I went-off on certain people this week. While working with our law group I had seen people get taken by “Patriots for Profit”. I note this is still going on today. Every time that someone discovered some new aspect of a law procedure there was someone there to take the information and make BIG MONEY off it. I have seen many of these type profit schemes altered slightly and renamed and sold again a few years later. These type people are no better then the “attorneys at law” that are out there waiting to assist people after they get gored by the system.

Yes, I could have went down the path of being a vulture and make big money off assisting people after they were wounded by the system; but I chose to find out what the problem was and assist people to stay out of trouble. Of course, most people that are bilking money out of people do not like this concept as it does not provide them a continuous cash flow. In this regard, yes I am saying that anyone that is out there doing seminars, selling legal material, assisting people with inflicted problems are vultures that are profiting off the misery of people. As stated, they are no better than “attorneys at law”, but yet they are looked at as saviors. I guess I do not understand. Ultimately, it is the fault of people for the problem that we are in. It is unfortunate that people wait until that they have a problem until they are ready to take action. This allows them to get taken by these profiteers.

As I had mentioned, I know that the people that I had mentioned are not supporting me, nor are they advocating what I am teaching. I know this to be a fact as I have had several reports of their activities. There are others that sell or push everything under the sun that comes along. The outcome of these activities is allowing the perverted governmental system perpetuate itself as they are letting them get away with the dual mindedness of the system. Figuratively, this will let this insurgent system exist for another 135 years.

In summary: I have two general categories for these types: 1) They do not want to seek a true remedy for people and are just interested in money; 2) They are operatives of our hidden enemy (and are still taking money from concerned people).

Sorry, at this point I maintain there is no gray area in this matter. The People’s Awareness Coalition website has been on the web for over seven (7) years and I have witnessed direct evidence that many have tried to suppress it. Most of these people who have suppressed it have done extensive marketing programs and incorporated my research with other “crap” and have gotten people in trouble. Shame on you criminals: God knows who you are. Furthermore, there are multitudes of people that go off and do their own thing, but NO ONE has contacted me to assist the Coalition. Why? Aside people wanting to be somewhat independent, most of who I speak are interested only in profit. The "every man is an island" principle will sadly fail: unfortunately you are seeing this happen in spades. I do not have to name the numerous people that have been attacked the past couple of years.

Yes, there may be some people who do not “get it” or do not want to “get it” because they want their cake and eat it too or are too lazy to study and are looking for some “Silver Bullet” answer to their problems. These types will keep on being attacked.

If you fail to understand that the best defense is a good offense you will keep on getting bilked by the profiteers and their continuous string of seminars and products. It is time to separate the wheat from the chaff, people. If we do not, things will get worse. It is up to you to join together and create de jure political groups under State Nationals. The people who are not state nationals are enemies of the Republic. The people who are the profiteers who do not seek the de jure political remedy are truly the enemy. Is this just my opinion? You are advised to acquire a copy of The Red Amendment and you be the judge.

Finally, if you think there is a political solution in this insurgent system, you are in extreme delusion. Vote for whomever and continue to be oppressed.

I apologize if I offended some people. I just want to see the Union healed. And, I am sorry if you fail to understand what has been presented here.

Time to Draw the Line

It is time to draw the line in the sand. The 14th Amendment insurgents are getting way out of hand. Their lust for taking the labor and other property of people to fund their own greed is getting way out of control. Government officals and workers have no interest in mind but their own. They keep padding their paychecks, retirement funds, etc. off you.

In Florida, the city council in Brooksville voted this week to advance a proposal granting city officials the authority to place liens and foreclose on the homes of motorists accused of failing to pay a single $5 parking ticket. Non-homeowners face having their vehicles seized if accused of not paying three parking offenses.

According to the proposed ordinance, a vehicle owner must pay a parking fine within 72 hours if a meter maid claims his automobile was improperly parked, incurring tickets worth between $5 and $250. Failure to pay this amount results in the assessment of a fifty-percent "late fee." After seven days, the city will place a lien on the car owner's home for the amount of the ticket plus late fees, attorney fees and an extra $15 fine. The fees quickly turn a $5 ticket into a debt worth several hundred dollars, growing at a one-percent per month interest rate. The ordinance does not require the city to provide notice to the homeowner at any point so that after ninety days elapse, the city will foreclose. If the motorist does not own a home, it will seize his vehicle after the failure to pay three parking tickets.

Any motorist who believes a parking ticket may have been improperly issued must first pay a $250 "appeal fee" within seven days to have the case heard by a contract employee of the city. This employee will determine whether the city should keep the appeal fee, plus the cost of the ticket and late fees, or find the motorist not guilty. Council members postponed a decision on whether to reduce this appeal fee until final adoption of the measure which is expected in the first week of April.

ST. PAUL - What Estelle Busch lost at the slot machines, she won with tax collectors. The Minneapolis woman with a 60-hour-a-week gambling regimen — she labeled it a business — convinced the Minnesota Supreme Court that she should be able to deduct $200,000 in gambling losses over three years from her taxes. In all, she won $1.5 million and lost $1.7 million over the span.

"It was just plain hard work," said the 72-year-old retiree.

You see, gambling used to be against the law in America; but this is before the "New Secular Order" came into existence and replaced God. Here is what the law was in the mid 1800's:

They are nuisances in the eye of the law, being detrimental to the public, as they promote cheating and other corrupt practices. The States are now running gambling through lotteries. It used to be against the law as stated: “They are nuisances in the eye of the law, being detrimental to the public.” One would guess that morals are out the door. But anything to get more money to fund the New Secular Order's socialist, materialistic spending.

But Heaven forbid if you and your friends have a gambling get-together, you’ll go to jail. One could say that organized crime—i.e. government—does not like competition.

The Problem with American Youth

About one month ago the PAC Deprogramming Sequence made it onto the MYSPACE.COM blog community. This blog is mainly occupied by young people. The postings have generated thousands of hits. On the outset this appears to be a good thing; however, as you can see by the below statement it appears that God is a bad word in the eyes of the American youth today. But this has been planned.

30 year old male, excuse the spelling:

Firstly, no one is asking that you “join our club”. Secondly, now let me evidence this simple statement of William Penn:

You see, the kids in America know that there is something wrong but have no idea that the problem resides in them turning their backs on God. The Tax Protest Movement

As many of you may be aware there have been many people in the Tax Protest Movement that have been imprisoned this last year.

I have been studying these issues for well over 10 years with tutelage from people such as Karl Granse and have looked at several other positions that have been set forth. After all had been said and done Mr. Granse had provided the most valid and on point information in extending my research. After doing my own research on the history of what transpired I had determined that the place in time where things went wrong was during the Civil War (so-called) period and its outcome: the 14th Amendment. This researched rendered the book The Red Amendment which explains the surface issues in detail.

Back in reference to the people that have seemingly not figured things out, I turn my main attention to one of the most popular Tax Protestors: Larken Rose. This protestor locked-in on the absurd 861 argument. As you may know Larkin is now in prison for a short stay at the taxpayers’ expense. During the popularity of this protestors’ time of sucking people into his fantasy world I had written an article entitled Debunking the 861 Position. Someone actually sent the original article above to Larken Rose and his comment was that “The article was only an attempt to try and confuse people.” It is unfortunate but most tax protestors come at law through the tax code and fail to study law in its completeness. This causes a dangerous situation, as has been witnessed.

It is advised that you take a look at the issues that are covered as it will fill in some important voids that you may have in regard to the income tax. You may also want to read the other article that goes over some other particulars that pertain to the income tax entitled Income Tax! Do you Volunteer? ~ Law loses its way ~

When I began practicing law in 1946, justice was much simpler. I joined a small Tucson practice at a salary of $250 a month, excellent compensation for a beginning lawyer. There was no paralegal staff or expensive artwork on the walls.

In those days, the judicial system was straightforward and efficient. Decisions were handed down by judges who applied the law as outlined by the Constitution and state legislatures. Cases went to trial in a month or two, not years. In the courtroom, the focus was on uncovering and determining truth and fact.

I charged clients by what I was able to accomplish for them. The clock did not start ticking the minute they walked through the door.

Looking Back

The legal profession has evolved dramatically during my 87 years. I am a second-generation lawyer from an Irish immigrant family that settled in Yuma. My father, who passed the Bar with a fifth-grade education, ended up arguing a case before the U.S. Supreme Court during his career.

The law changed dramatically during my years in the profession. For example, when I accepted my first appointment as a Pima County judge in 1957, I saw that lawyers expected me to act more as a referee than a judge. The county court I presided over resembled a gladiator arena, with dueling lawyers jockeying for points and one-upping each other with calculated and ingenuous briefs.

That was just the beginning. By the time I ended my 50-year career as a trial attorney, judge and president of southern Arizona's largest law firm, I no longer had confidence in the legal fraternity I had participated in and, yes, profited from.
I was the ultimate insider, but as I looked back, I felt I had to write a book about serious issues in the legal profession and the implications for clients and society as a whole. The Fraternity: Lawyers and Judges in Collusion was 10 years in the making and has become my call to action for legal reform.

Disturbing Evolution

Our Constitution intended that only elected lawmakers be permitted to create law.
Yet judges create their own law in the judicial system based on their own opinions and rulings.. It's called case law, and it is churned out daily through the rulings of judges. When a judge hands down a ruling and that ruling survives appeal with the next tier of judges, it then becomes case law, or legal precedent. This now happens so consistently that we've become more subject to the case rulings of judges rather than to laws made by the lawmaking bodies outlined in our Constitution.

This case-law system is a constitutional nightmare because it continuously modifies Constitutional intent. For lawyers, however, it creates endless business opportunities. That's because case law is technically complicated and requires a lawyer's expertise to guide and move you through the system. The judicial system may begin with enacted laws, but the variations that result from a judge's application of case law all too often change the ultimate meaning.

Lawyer Domination

When a lawyer puts on a robe and takes the bench, he or she is called a judge. But in reality, when judges look down from the bench they are lawyers looking upon fellow members of their fraternity. In any other area of the free-enterprise system, this would be seen as a conflict of interest.

When a lawyer takes an oath as a judge, it merely enhances the ruling class of lawyers and judges. First of all, in Maricopa and Pima counties, judges are not elected but nominated by committees of lawyers, along with concerned citizens.How can they be expected not to be beholden to those who elevated them to the bench?

When they leave the bench, many return to large and successful law firms that leverage their names and relationships.

Business of Law

The concept of "time" has been converted into enormous revenue for lawyers. The profession has adopted elaborate systems where clients are billed for a lawyer's time in six-minute increments. The paralegal profession is another brainchild of the fraternity, created as an additional tracking and revenue center. High-powered firms have departmentalized their services into separate profit centers for probate and trusts, trial, commercial, and so forth.

The once-honorable profession of law now fully functions as a bottom-line business, driven by greed and the pursuit of power and wealth, even shaping the laws of the United States outside the elected Congress and state legislatures.

Bureaucratic Design

Today the skill and gamesmanship of lawyers, not the truth, often determine the outcome of a case. And we lawyers love it. All the tools are there to obscure and confound. The system's process of discovery and the exclusionary rule often work to keep vital information off-limits to jurors and make cases so convoluted and complex that only lawyers and judges understand them.

The net effect has been to increase our need for lawyers, create more work for them, clog the courts and ensure that most cases never go to trial and are, instead, plea-bargained and compromised. All the while the clock is ticking, and the monster is being fed.

The sullying of American law has resulted in a fountain of money for law professionals while the common people, who are increasingly affected by lawyer-driven changes and an expensive, self-serving bureaucracy, are left confused and ill-served.

Today, it is estimated that 70 percent of low- to middle-income citizens can no longer afford the cost of justice in America. What would our Founding Fathers think?

This devolution of lawmaking by the judiciary has been subtle, taking place incrementally over decades. But today, it's engrained in our legal system, and few even question it. But the result is clear. Individuals can no longer participate in the legal system.

It has become too complex and too expensive, all the while feeding our dependency on lawyers.

By complicating the law, lawyers have achieved the ultimate job security. Gone are the days when American courts functioned to serve justice simply and swiftly.

It is estimated that 95 million legal actions now pass through the courts annually, and the time and expense for a plaintiff or defendant in our legal system can be absolutely overwhelming.

Surely it's time to question what has happened to our justice system and to wonder if it is possible to return to a system that truly does protect us from wrongs.

Beware of this Book

Beware of the book, Conversations with God.

Dr. James Dobson talked about this book twice this week. It is devastating and parents and Christian schools need to be aware of this. Do pass it on to church/ e-mail addressees. Parents, Grand parents, Aunts, Uncles, and any other source: Please pay special attention not only to what your kids watch on TV and in movie theaters and the music they listen to, but we must also be alert regarding the books they read.

Two particular books, Conversations with God and Conversations with God for Teens, written by Neil D. Walsh, sound harmless enough by their titles alone. These books have been on the New York Times best sellers list for a number of weeks, and these publications make truth of the statement, "Don't judge a book by its cover/title."

The author purports to answer various questions from kids using the "voice of God". However, the "answers" that he gives are not Bible-based and go against the very infallible word of God. For instance (and I paraphrase), when a girl asks the question:

"Why am I a lesbian?" his answer is that she was born that way because of genetics (just as you were born right-handed, with blue eyes, etc.). Then he tells her to go out and "celebrate" her differences.

Another girls poses the question "I am living with my boyfriend. My parents say that I should marry him because I am living in sin. Should I marry him?" His reply is, "Who are you sinning against? Not me, because you have done nothing wrong."

Another question asks about God's forgiveness of sin. His reply - I do not forgive anyone because there is nothing to forgive. There is no such thing as right or wrong and that is what I have been trying to tell everyone, do not judge people. People have chosen to judge one another and this is wrong, because the rule&nbs p;is "judge not lest ye be judged".

And the list goes on. Not only are these books the false doctrine of devils, but in some instances even quote (in error) the Word of God. These books (and others like it) are being sold to school children (The Scholastic Book Club), and we need to be aware of what is being fed to our children.

Our children are under attack, so I pray that you be sober and vigilant about teaching your kids the Word of God, and guarding their exposure to worldly mediums, because our adversary, the devil, roams about as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). And how many of us know that lions usually hunt for the slowest, and weakest and YOUNGEST of its prey.

Pass this on to every Believer you know. God bless! And, if in doubt, look at the books yourself.

Is this Your Government?

The founding fathers warned against standing armies. This was discussed extensively in Federalist Papers No. 24, 25, 26, 29 and 41. Accordingly, the clause in the United States Constitution that prohibits a standing army is found in Article I, section 8, and states as follows:

“The Congrefs shall have Power to raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years.”

In regard to such clause, James Madison states in Federalist Paper 41 the following about standing armies:

“Next to the effectual establishment of the Union, the best possible precaution against danger from standing armies is a limitation of the term for which revenue may be appropriated to their support.”

What we see today is insurmountable debt which shall not be questioned (see section 4 of the 14th Amendment). Beginning with the so-called “Civil War”, the entity entitled the “United States” has imposed its will on countries in the name of human rights; but when one looks at the effects of what the “United States” has truly accomplished he actually sees “human resources”.

Posse Comitatus: the power or force of the county. The entire population of a county above the age of fifteen, which a sheriff may summon to his assistance in certain cases as to aid him in keeping the peace, in pursuing and arresting felons, etc. ~ Black’s Law Dictionary
Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both. ~ The Posse Comitatus Act, 18 U.S. Code, Section 1385

The average American is likely to think that "posse comitatus" is the entourage of a top rapper or NBA star. Little do they know (or likely care to know) that The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 has done more to preserve their liberty than any piece of legislation since the Bill of Rights. Born of the abuses of the Reconstruction era and the stolen election of 1876, the PCA prohibits the use of federal troops (or national guardsmen under federal control) unless specifically authorized by an act of Congress. In short, it is the main obstacle in the path of creating an American police state. Therefore it is not surprising that there has been an increase in "chatter" about scrapping the law.

A trial balloon was floated over three years ago when both Senator Joseph Biden, who called the PCA into question as early as the Oklahoma City bombing of 1995, and then Homeland Security Czar Tom Ridge bandied about the idea of repealing the PCA on the Sunday morning news programs. Apparently, the pretext of keeping Americans safe from terrorists wasn’t deemed sturdy enough to accomplish the coup d’état. But where the stick of "national security" was found wanting, now the carrot of "disaster relief" may provide the cover needed to expose Americans to the full power of centralized federal tyranny.

In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, Senator John Warner has asked Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld to review the usefulness of the PCA given that it hinders "humanitarian assistance" which could be provided by the feds. (Look next for foxes to be asked their opinions on the benefits of chicken coop doors.) Not coincidentally, President Bush has called for "a robust discussion about the best way for the federal government, in certain extreme circumstances, to be able to rally assets for the good of the people."

What this "robust discussion" will most certainly entail is a media show trial. Congressional leaders will set up the false dialectic between those who want to abolish the PCA and those who think that such an abolition would be "rash and uncalled for" when the PCA merely needs to be amended. Needless to say, this "tweaking" will allow enough ambiguity in the reading for the federal judiciary to eviscerate the PCA and free the leviathan.

While there is no appreciable amount of case law on the PCA yet formed, the methods and tactics that a statist court will employ are already clear. Technically, the PCA applies only to the Army and Air Force, not the Navy and Marine Corps. The latter two armed services are restricted only by Defense Department regulations. (Likewise, the Coast Guard – formerly of the Department of transportation, now with Homeland Security – is exempt.) So, under the guise of strict textualism, a court could easily find the policing of Americans by scores of Marines constitutional. Add to this a 1981 amendment to the PCA which freed up the use of the military in the war on drugs and the loopholes which can be created are multifarious.

The direction of the existing case law on the PCA does not bode well for its future either. Originally, the standard used for violation of the Act was an active versus passive test wherein the military could not actively police U.S. citizens but it could provide equipment and supplies to law enforcement. (See United States v. Red Feather, 392 F. Supp. 916, D.S.D. 1975). However, a new test emerged which looks to whether "military personnel subjected . . . citizens to the exercise of military power which was regulatory, proscriptive, or compulsory in nature." (See United States v. McArthur, 541 F.2d 1275, 1278, 8th Cir. 1976). Mind you, defining who is a "citizen" and what is "regulatory, proscriptive, or compulsory in nature" will most likely fall under the direction of a man who has no problem with ceding immense, unprecedented, and dangerous powers to the president.

Given that any public discourse about the siccing of military forces on American civilians involves the use of two Latin words, the smart money should not be on the side of liberty. A majority of Americans have grown apathetic and stupid as a result of big government handouts and (mis)education. While some may have been leery to repeal the funny sounding law in the name of terror prevention, there will likely little resistance to "amending" the law so that the government can "help people." Little do they think of past "helps" from "40 acres and a mule" up through the entire bungled Katrina relief effort.

But just as Jefferson was prescient that the use of troops by a sitting president could effectively rig an election (as happened in 1876), so he also noted that "If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be."
